Day 1.
Day 1. Yerevan, Khor Virap, Noravank, Areni, Syunik province, Shaki waterfalls, Karahunj the Armenian stone henge, Tatev Monastery and the longest aerial tram in, Goris o/n
Republic of Artsakh or also known as Nagorno Karabakh Republic is a de facto indepandant country located to the South East of Armenia. The country is not yet recognized by UN so you won’t find this country on most of international maps. If you don’t care about some ugly propaganda which says that it’s not safe there and your travel insurance doesn’t cover this area than you need to see this country.
It’s more then safe and full of interesting activities and mind blowing sceneries. Explore a country which will always stay in your memories as one of the most unique mountain trains and of course people. Visa to the country takes just 5 mins, leave that to me, we will get it on arrival. And never worry that you may have trouble going to any other country if you have been to NKR as the visa is not stocked in your passport, kind of like Israel and Iran stuff. This trip will cover most of South and Central Armenia. NKR would be a great extention to the Armenian trip.
