Day 1: Yerevan, Khor Virap, Areni, Noravank, Karahunj, Goris
Day 2: Goris, Khndzoresk, Tatev Monastery, Yerevan
Tatev is among most famous monasteries of Armenia. At the end of the VIII c. many Holy Relics have been brought here and kept for years. St. Grigor Tatevatsi (1346-1411), a prominent theologian and philosopher, is buried here.
During The Trip we will visit all the main monuments of the central and southern Armenia such as Noravank, Areni (the archeological site of the oldest winery in the world), Karahunj (the oldest Stonehenge in the world), Khor Virap, and the caves of Khdzoresk village. We will reach Tatev Monastery complex by the longest aerial tram in the world which is almost 6 km. in the gorge of Tatev Monastery you will see the Devils Bridge which is a nature made bridge.
